in the pokemon series i dont care which what is your favorite charterer ?

in the games, silver. i think he's the best rival and i really wish he appeared outside of gen 2 and its remake. i think he has a lot of potential as a character and even within his game, i think he's the first pokemon character to have a character arc, going from viewing pokemon as mere tools to learning from the player and forming a true bond with his team, shown by his crobat, a pokemon that evolves from happiness

for the anime, my favorite character is lillie from sun and moon. she also has a great character arc about overcoming a fear of pokemon due to childhood trauma and it's sweet to see how her friends encourage her every step of the way and celebrate each bit of progress she makes

Lorelei because she's hot. Even though she doesn't have a big role. Her role is sooooo small that you probably don't even notice her.
