Do you think fat men make good presidents?

If they don't care about their health, how can they care about others?

Do you think a fat woman could be elected president?

No, all of the great ones were slender. Abe, Kennedy, Obama, Clinton etc. 

There is no such thing as a “fat” man or woman. Once a male or female becomes fat they become the “third” gender and are referred to as an “it” as they transform from homo-sapien to homo-lardassius.

History shows body weight doesn’t really determine how well a president does their job. So I can’t really say. There have been good and bad fat presidents and good and bad skinny/ normal weight presidents. 

I don't think thats a criteria. But a better fit body is    a sign the mind is  good too. But not necessarily.
