What is the role of a Customer Service Advisor within the Registry department of Computershare UK?

Computershare are a financial, global, administrator with several campaigns but was wondering in particular what types of calls/responsibilities a Customer Service Advisor has within the Registry department.

The  job advert is pretty generic, advising it's a Call Centre role and that you'll be assisting callers with queries
