My husband used to be over a print shop.  When he would buy paper, it could only be a certain kind... not the kind money would be print on.  Absolutely not!  You cannot print your own money.  That's called forgery and it's a crime!!!  That's taken seriously!

There are no government authorized money printing factories.  The government is the only entity that prints money.
