    The pH 7 solution has 10 times greater hydronium than B.

    Than means B has a lesser amount of hydronium, 10 times less in fact.

    pH 7 ---> [H^+] = 10^-7

    B is 10x less, therefore [H^+] = 10^-8 M

    pH of B is 8.
