This father finally finds one of his daughter's friends in a bar and hires her to drive him to New Orleans to find the drug dealer who, he believes, has her. I want to say Mel Gibson is in it, but I don't remember. He finally finds her, drugged out in a house and steals her in the middle of a gunfight by carrying her. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
