Did trump cheat in 2016 if he alleged he won 2021 election when he lost?

Obama sent undercover FBI operatives posing as 'Republicans' into the Trump campaign for President under the false pretext of Trump's supposed 'collusion' with the Russians, which the FBI then had to desperately 'prove' (using millions of tax payer dollars), in order to keep Obama and Hillary out of jail and DOJ off the hook themselves for political interference. 

Despite failing to do so, they manufactured just enough 'evidence' to state that they 'could not exonerate' Trump, which is the ONLY thing keeping Obama and his people from being the Nixon administration on steroids, Hillary out of jail and the FBI from being legally censured and reformed. 

When directly and repeatedly drilled on the use of the phrase 'cannot exonerate him,' Mueller finally said:

"I cannot be compelled by members of Congress to address or disclose the internal workings of the Department of Justice which exist outside of the purview of my authority."

So basically, it is really just b.s. legalese and fumfering keeping Democrats and FBI people out of prison. 

Well ,his collusion with Russia to try and destroy Clinton's campaign support , is considered cheating by rational and honest Americans -- but I cannot answer for his supporters .

He won twice, the cheat is going to become common knowledge throughout the nation.

There was no 2021 election.
