Can these exercises, along with a good diet, help enhance your sexual performance? ?

Exercises: 

Bench press, Pushups and Chinups for upper body strength.

Deadlifts and Squats for lower body strength. 

Planks and Hanging Knee Raises for core strength.

HIIT sprints for cardio stamina.

    Exercise, in general, increases testosterone. And obviously exercises that increased your endurance would improve your ability to perform. Blood flow is also a consideration,

    Aerobic exercise (swimming, running, walking)

    Pelvic floor exercises (e.g, kegels, squats)

    Strength and flexibility exercises (yoga, pilates, lifting weights, bodyweight exercises)

    No it will not. This could be why she let you. Too worried abt how many calories it is. And what exercise will do what. Try exercising the PC muscle.

    That will help since it is very important in bed.
