I will go with 2nd place in the division and miss the playoffs. Matthew Stafford just isn't a winner. The most damning stat is the fact that Stafford has failed to lead his team to a division title or playoff win in 12 seasons.

The Rams should win the the division or come in second and be in the playoffs.

The Rams will be a major pick for NFC Champion. McVay has been propping up Goff for years and it has dragged the team down. If the Rams can do a bit more to improve their OL, I see no reason why they wouldn't be serious SB contenders.
Matt Stafford is a legitimately good QB who has been playing for a consistently dreadful franchise that never protects him or gives him a complementary defense or run game. My one concern is that Stafford is REALLY beat up. The Rams will need to make sure to keep him upright as much as possible.

They will easily cruise into 3rd place. Stafford is a lousy quarterback.
