Final Cut Pro for Windows?
Is there any software for Windows that is as simple and easy to use as Final Cut Pro? Premier Pro seems complex and bulky.

you're going to find that every software that is made is pretty different from every other software that is made. this is for copyright reasons, as well as creative differences. Adobe Premier is one of the 2 biggest names in pro video editing that is still somewhat easy to use. Sony Vegas is the other (now called MAGIX Vegas).
they both have TONS of options, but you don't need to learn ALL of them, just whatever you need to do. there are plenty of YouTube tutorials that can help you relearn everything, and even specific to a particular task, such as green-screen, resizing the video, or creating "quadrants", like where there are 4 videos on screen at once.
again, they may use slightly different terms than Final Cut, but they are both highly capable in their fields, and Adobe Premier has actually been a major player in video editing, and a trailblazer that introduced a lot of the features that other editors now have as standards. i still prefer Vegas myself, for timeline style editors, at least.
for just cleaning up or converting video, i prefer TMPGEnc Video Mastering Wizard. lots of options with a simple 4-step interface.
