Good sleep routine?

I go to bed at 10.00 in the evening and get up in the morning at 6.

Is that a good sleep routine?

    Yes, those are good times.  Because it's not just the amount of sleep you get; the time you sleep is just as important.  10:00 is the latest you'd want to go to sleep to have good quality sleep.  9:30 would be even better.

    I would say so. Sounds like you are getting enough sleep and when you wake up that early you can get a lot done before mid-day.
