Good first date ideas?
So my best friend introduced me to a guy she met acting whom she thought I’d like. We all met for heavy booze one day and he and I hit it off and ended up exchanging body fluids very easy and flirtatious and we get along really well. Due to our busy schedules, we’ve been a month straight and are just now going on a date next Sunday. I get off. We haven’t decided what to do yet, and are still talking about it but I want to do something. He’s an out type of guy, so I was thinking would be nice and then we could have a picnic. He suggested going. What do you think is the better idea, or should we do something else entirely? I was also thinking about taking it to a park to go, and going since he likes classic rock-dog since we’ve talked and he loves leaving it mainly up to me!!

Make sure there is some activity or occupation other than (1) food and (2) conversation. Like plan a nature walk or hike where minutes at a time of companionable silence won't seem awkward.
Take photos of emerging green buds, insects in action, and so on. Later share the photos.
Or maybe bring along a game like chess, Scrabble, backgammon. (Card games don't work well outdoors if it's windy.) Please don't booze it up at the park. Somebody needs to stay sober to drive home.
