What is the Biden Administration's end goal for encouraging illegal immigrants to come to the USA?

The answer is obvious to anyone with intellectual honesty. Democrats are attempting to achieve in the U. S. what they achieved in California: to make the United States a one-party state where the Republican party is permanently marginalized. All the nonsense about Fidel Castrol is just that.... nonsense.

We need immigration reform, but not ultra draconian $hit that ends up with kids in cages.

We also need to be able to control who comes in and when...but that should be handled with compassion.

For decades, US immigration law and policy was designed to spit in the eye of Fidel Castro by treating everyone who set foot on Florida as an asylum seeker.  This helped earn votes from a swing demographic in a swing state.  I agree, we need immigration reform.  The solution is new laws, not new declarations of emergency.
