Scotland. You have the right to responsible access to the beautiful countryside without having to worry about a redneck landowner shooting you. And you can actually see the doctor there if you get sick.

I've vacationed in over 2 dozen countries on 3 continents.
IMHO, there is NO 1 BEST country because each have their good and bad points/issues.

basically any country that is run by white people. Those countries are usually the most succesful. Asian countries 2nd. Also, if you move to the USA be careful with leftists. The left are xenophobic bigots against Russians.
