Should I listen to my psychiatrist or blow it off or become friends?

I'd suggest learning how to write in English so that one day - after the Psychiatric treatment is successful - you can be less of an attention seeker and more of a successful person.  For example, perhaps your confusion about your sex and age could be resolved.

WAIT....you're not making sense here.

A psychiatrist is a medical doctor who treats you for psychiatric illness.  How can he "run your life"?  He prescribes and regulates medication to treat your mental illness and makes sure that you avoid alcohol, stress and street drugs like pot.

That's not "running your life", this is saving it so you can be normal and able to function as an adult.  And as far as being his "friend", he isn't interested in that.  He is a licensed medical physician who is treating you for your mental illness and he expects you to comply with treatment and follow his orders.
