I recently left a job about three weeks ago. There is this real cute girl that gif all the attention of the guys. My last week of work I  began talking to her and got her phone number. I don’t message her too much but she has slide in before that she’s a cute girl.

I messaged her today and we spoke and she said “ I know that you will never find a cute girl like me that you can scare at work”. I replied that she’s so humble and that her boyfriend must lucky. She went along for the joke but later on revealed that she doesn’t have a boyfriend.

Is it possible this girl could be interested? She does take hours to respond to messages at points so that could be a sign she’s not!?

She might be. Go ahead and ask her out. If you guessed wrong, at least you don't have to face her at work every day. If you DON'T ask her out, then you definitely never have the chance to date her.

It is possible since she's flirting with you. But at the same, she could just like the attention you're giving her and could be texting & flirting with a dozen other guys at the same time. Just keep talking and get to know her, and you'll eventually know if she's really interested.
