How can a sweep call option be bearish? I thought all calls are generally bullish. If the bid is 10 and the ask is 11 and the strike is 17?

A long call option always has a positive delta so it is always bullish.

A short call option always has a negative delta so it is always bearish.

However, a call option, long or short, can be part of a spread which may be either bullish or bearish.
