why did the house of congress violate the law by having a snap impeachment when impeachments MUST ALL follow the same process?

Update:

all impeachments in the house must have 3 things before they are voted on, Investigation, Hearings in the house judiciary  committee and then vote to go to the floor only one of those things happened when ALL 3 are required

Update 2:

also trump isn't responsible for the group led by pelosi's son in law

Update 3:

they did thats what made the senate hearing illegal cause there was no chief justice and someone who is bias is not allowed legally to preside over a hearing

someone asked me to define snap impeachment okay, Snap impeachments are impeachments that do not follow precedent such as investigation, hearings before the judiciary committee in the house, Witnesses being called

    Establishe law seems to irrlevant to the people in DC these days. It seems their time of telling us piously that "no one is above the law" ended with the Trump presidency.

    It obviously MUST have been legal, or else the mostly conservative US Supreme Court would have put the kibosh on it. Think before you type.
