Do your Hemorrhoids lightly bleed daily if you wipe with TP ?
I sit all day, and I find sometimes a bit of light blood comes through. If I use TP blood is more likely. If I use the shower after a BM no blood for a long time, but I have to use metamucil daily. I have IDB and a recent colonoscopy. Dr said all was ok, just that I have hemorrhoids. I have to use pads incase i leak to my underwear. So annoying... Wondering if your experience is similar.

you can buy packs of moist toilet paper from supermarkets - that will be more gentle on your bum-grapes

No idea what TP is, but I use suppositries, they shrink the hemorrhoids from the inside. Talk to a pharmacist.
