This girl lost feelings for me i was needy and was to available, now i think she want me back she be texting me back sometimes i didn't talk to her for like a month or so now i don't know what to do, i still "like" her but not like in love with her. Do i text her like " i didn't like how you treated me and if we try it again your behavior has to change" or do i let her do the work after she broke it? can you help me

The other user is right. It seems you may have another chance if she's coming back around, but think about whether that's what you really want.
I agree it sounds like you may have moved on.
If you are still interested, you are the one who has to change their behavior - not her.
Not texting back for a month isn't a good move either and rather seems like you're "punishing" her when there's nothing to punish.
Needy behavior is a turn off. You need to work on that.

Are you sure you still like her? Sounds like she hurt you and you've moved on. Being needy and too available is not good because it can be very overwhelming. Especially in the early stages.
If this is normally how you act it's like to happen again and she will leave. You need to work on this first. You have to remember it was how you acted that made her loose interest.
