Does she just really like my clothing? In general when women do this do they just like the clothing, does she want my clothes???
I don't know her very well she's an acquaintance but whenever she sees me always compliments a piece of clothing I'm wearing

Often when someone compliments you, they are saying "I like what you have and would like it too." Or they are just very nice and want to say she likes your style. Usually when I like what another woman is wearing, I often want it for myself too. But this does not apply to everyone and we can't be certain exactly what that woman really meant (we can't get into her head).
