Looks like milia, small hard condensed cyst-like pimples, but are actually just skin flakes that all gathered together under the surface. If you do manage to pop one, a small, almost perfectly round bead would come out, completely whole. I get these near my eyes all the time. Everyone at some point has had at least one of these suckers. They are common and don't really cause much harm, just icky-looking. You can go to a derm to get them removed professionally, but chances are, once you get them in one place, they tend to stay there and come back. You can try to gently exfoliate the area a few times a week to see if that helps them from shrinking or popping by themselves, but these are stubborn jerks.

Well, I have just had a cyst removed from the inner labia of my vagina NOTE: I just knew it was herpes as it looked like it was puss filled, yet I could not pop it....nope, it was just a cyst and the doctor cut it out in office. Then I had these teeny growths that appeared blistery and I of course freeked out and went back to the doctor, just knowing she made a mistake and/or I'd had acquired flesh colored gential warts from my slutty ex boyfriend....nope, she said they were from in grown hairs and now I had tiny scar tissue forming, possibly due to my concoctions and constant manipulation of them(she told me long ago to stop shaving and get my hair lasered off as I kept having ingrown hair problems). So, she cauterizes them to have them form a scab and then the area will be flat when the scab falls off. So, please keep in mind, as she told me, people have growths...lots of things happen in the genital area that have zero to do with a sexually transmitted infection. The reason we arent aware is no one talks about it. So, Im talking about it. 😁 As for you, pimples DO form on the buttocks....also if you have shaved, you could have developed an infection in your hair follicles called folliculitis(I've had that too....lol), or you could have a hemmrhoid(s) which can look as small as a pimple and would bleed if you disturbed it, you can also have a fungal, bacterial infection causing what looks like pimples that the doctor will see as a rash. You have so many variables and without seeing, its hard to say.
