What company makes those sheets?

I remember when I was in elementary school when we would have our spelling tests our teacher would hand out a sheet with a word bank and at the bottom a paragraph with blanks to fill that word in. Some of the words I remember hearing are "eyesight"."Grandpa's eyesight has gotten worse." and I remember there were animal related words like darted, shrieking, and snarled. I remember looking at the list of sentences on the teacher's desk that she would read with that word in them. What was it? Scholastic or McGraw-Hill?
