What do you mean by "correct"? It is not a question, it is a simple statement. It does not invite a response. You may not agree with it, but there is no reason to insult him.
Actually, the statement as shown lacks context. It is not at all clear exactly what he means by it. What was he saying about the pandemic ? If he is not bothered about wearing a mask, why should it disturb you ?
