Why did Trump murder 545,000+ Americans with covid?

Lessen resistance to his corruption.

President Trump no more killed those 545,000 people than you did.

Also, he did more to help than you did. You must be a very bad person.

No, the democrats did when a year ago they were saying that COVID was nothing to worry about and that Trump was an alarmist for banning travel from infected areas.

Most of them died “with” Covid, which means they were counted as a Covid death even if they died of other unrelated medical conditions.

Because he is selfish, he thought that was the way to win election, keep things open and lie about the virus. 

He didn't.  No matter what trump did, we would most likely have experienced a lot of deaths.  That said, had he supported the science, and encouraged wearing masks rather than belittling it, and not held super spreader events, we would have most likely have seen much fewer.  I mean seriously, who need to hear about covid from a pillow salesman, a witch doctor and a radiologist?  

Further, when you look at the number of answers on here stating that the vaccine is a hoax ,it will kills you, and such tripe, it's hard to tell what is a Russian bot, and what is just.a stupid person.  trump fostered vaccine hesitancy and pushed the narrative that Covid isn't as deadly as it is.  

If trump is responsible for those, are the governors guilty by association? What about all the deaths in other countries? Are the Presidents of those countries guilty as well?

He didn't, people like cuomo did and most of those arent directly deaths by covid or are not even covid deaths
