This being said, Jews often find more upward mobility outside their low percentage of the population because of the Jewish culture emphasis on education. Centuries ago, Jews learned that a high degree of education was their ticket out of the ghettos of Europe. That became engrained into the culture to a large degree.

Thats a lie. No one owns Joe Biden. He is the representative Head of the United States. Now  owing possibly a billion dollars to some people and you are steady losing ground on your properties so forth and so on, I can see ownership.
