    If you're going to the ear or eye doctor fine but it's gonna be a lot of work if you wear panty hose and going to the vagina doctor

    Shorts and leggings.  No need to dress up.

    There's limited time for dressing and undressing, so I recommend leggings or a skirt, and a top. Most doctors' offices need to cycle patients in and out of the exam rooms fairly quickly, so taking the time to put on multiple layers is silly.
