Will Derrick chauvin be found not guilty?

He will be, he’s being accused of something that is physically not possible, you can’t kill someone by lying on the back of their neck. Plus George Floyd had 3 times the lethal amount of fentanyl in his system, that’s why he “couldn’t breathe”

If justice is served he will be acquitted.  But in the age of 'Democrat' authoritarianism his right to a fair trial is in jeopardy.

Let's get someone to kneel on YOUR neck for 8 minutes so we can see who's right.  Idiot.

The defense only has to convince ONE juror that is was likely that Floyd had a lethal amount of drugs in his system and they will have a hung jury. Also for a murder conviction, the prosecution must prove to all of the jurors that Chauvin had the intent to kill Floyd. I do understand that the left want to give him what they believe to be a "fair trial" then hang him. Chauvin, just like all people accused of a crime, has the right to a fair trial with an unbiased jury. The popular left press has worked very hard at doing their job of telling people what to think. An unbiased jury is not what the leftist press wants

Chances may be that he will be found guilty of a lesser offense and be sentenced to a few years with eligibility for parole after maybe 3 or 4 years.

It is irrelevant. The charge is excessive force and whether excessive force contributed to his death. Not letting someone breath for over 9 minutes is nothing short of torturing someone to death.

  • I think the jury has already made up their minds. Guilty.

Probably but if we don't get justice in the courtroom....I'm warning America now, if we DON'T GET JUSTICE in your courtroom we gone take it ourselves

Exactly. 3 pieces of evidence will set Officer Chauvin free: the video showing Floyd resisting arrest, the official Corner's Report showing he did not die of asphyxia, and the toxicology report. I pray for a juror to have the courage to do what is right and stand up for brave Officer Chauvin.

I strongly suspect Chauvin will be convicted on a lesser charge, not 1st or 2nd degree murder.

So get ready for a bunch of riots after the trial.
