Drink lots of water. Eat lots of foods high in Zinc and Vitamin-C and -D, and also consume a moderate amount of foods high in amino acids. There is evidence that pumpkin seeds, walnuts, asparagus and bananas are good here.
Exercise. You need to stimulate your testosterone.
Masturbate. This will flush your old sperm and stimulate new sperm to develop. Anything older than a few days is not as virile, and at two weeks, any existing sperm are recycled.
