My internet must be broken, because I can't locate anywhere where "Biden said come on in". 

It is against the law to cross the border without a passport or day pass port for medical purposes. Those who sneak into the United States regardless of age will suffer consequences.  Rarely is mixing politics with religion a good idea but the Bible says if you do not train your children in Jewish law that the whole village had to stone them if they were a threat to the community. Parents were required to throw the first stone if they were a danger to others for not obeying. Have a sibling who has hurt others on purpose and it is not my father's fault because he was not a part of his life and was out of his life at age six. He is half Jewish from my father's side of the family and if he is made subject to that law sad for him. My father did not know it but his Jewish adoptive father was his real father. He had a baby with another woman and adopted him into his family because his wife was not able to have a baby. 

Conservatives are now only concerned for the well being of these migrants because Biden's in office. Let's face it, conservatives really don't care about the migrants, and did not express these concerns during Trump's term. Meanwhile, the number of migrants is about the same as under Trump, only now more of them (children, primarily) have a chance of getting into the US.

You may start a petition and have people sign it.  it. That's how that works. Your meme seems pretty good so it looks like a big seller. Street corners at 5th and Main are usually a good place to enroll people invitations.

If you can't get people to sign your petition just find a hooker in the area and they will help you out
