Kamala laughed when asked about the border situation. Now she laughs about kids stuck at home instead in school. Is she the real joke?

Let me guess.  You watch Fox "News".

Everyone has their own individual characteristics.   Jimmy Carter had his peanuts.   Kamala laughs after being asked a question to buy herself time as she thinks of the answer.   PRESIDENT Joe Biden has a stutter;  a handicap that he has had to fight his whole life.   I can handle those.   What I could not handle was how trump was a TRAITOR to The USA.  

Laughing is a deflection technique used when lying...

Nobody ever told her that "inappropriate affect", such as laughing at other people's troubles problems, makes people think there is something wrong with you.  I may understand it in a friend, whose foibles I know.  But when addressing the nation, not so much.  

If she didn't laugh, you'd be on here calling her an "angry black woman." She can't win, can she?

she cackles at everything. I don't know if she has a serious bone in her body. along with a pres who can't remember breakfast, and this country is in serious, serious trouble.

She really needs to stop that annoying hyena laughing... It's just bizarre. I don't know whether it's a nervous affectation that pops out when she is at a loss as to how to answer a question, but it really is distracting. 

Kamala's laugh. See how conservatives constantly target women for personal traits? It's pure sexism. Let's not talk about Kamala's political views, let's talk about her laugh. I feel sorry for any woman married to the sort of guy who would ask this kind of question.
