It certainly can along with the other remedial measures he has taken.

We're no longer in a financial slump as we emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic. GDP growth last quarter was +4.3%. There are still lingering effects from the pandemic - unemployment remains elevated. But it's on the way down.

The size of Biden's infrastructure proposal can certainly be debated, but in general, spending on infrastructure makes sense, and should boost the economy.

NO wont work because it is simply doing the same thing over and over again with the same results and you what that means...

Republicans will probably tell you that it's a big tax increase for all of us.  It's not, unless you happen to make over $400k a year- do you?  If not, then you're fine.  Only the rich will and corporations that have paid next to nothing in taxes will be funding the plan, which will in turn create millions of jobs.

Biden is including getting back trump's tax giveaway to the elite to pay for the infrastructure repair. This is the way it's supposed to happen. The reps jack up the deficit/debt w/ irresponsible tax giveaways for the rich. “YOU ALL JUST GOT A LOT RICHER,” TRUMP TELLS FRIENDS AT MAR-A-LAGO AFTER SIGNING TAX OVERHAUL https://www.vanityfair.com/news/2017/12/you-all-ju...

We aren't in a 'financial slump' thanks to Trump. Biden just wants to piss away another $2 trillion in Washington Swamp pork while he and his Antifa-plant V.P. can still ram it through Congress without a single Republican vote so he can reward his corrupt labor unions for their support under the guise of 'upgrades' to existing roadways and bridges like FDR. He will then use the vast expense as his excuse to jack up taxes on the 'evil rich' which are actually just corporate employers of non-union labor. This will kill those jobs and all the new ones created by Trump.

Lol! No way.  You're completely safe from green infrastructure.  No change.  Only a few less potholes.

Odd you weren't worried about this for the prior four years.
