Did the OKH ever ascribe blame for the logistical problems of Barbarossa ?

Updated 5 days ago:

Of course after the war, Hitler got the blame for every military inadequacy the Third Reich had. However, did they ever try to work out their issues while the war was still on?

Q: Did the OKH ever ascribe blame for the logistical problems of Barbarossa ?

    .

A: They didn't blame themselves, if that's what you're asking, because that's where the blame primarily lay - right at their own feet. Inadequate training in logistics and under- appreciation for the problems of maintaining logistics deep into enemy territory with a limited rail network and sketchy all-weather road network. Badly underestimated the Russion strength. Didn't plan on a long, drawn out war. Inadequate production and Insufficient trains, motorized transport and fuel. All due to poor logistical planning of the OKH. After the war, many of the surviving OKH commanders knew only too well their own mistakes. Yopu should find and read "The German Generals Talk".

the Generals said do not start WW2 until 1945 we must finish plan Z

the Generals in 1940 said we must take the Urals because we are Running out of Fuel

so Hitler lost 1,000,000 Men and all their equipment just to destroy

"LENINgrad went to within 100 Km of Moscow lost another 2 Million Men and thousands of tanks for Nothing

and By the Time Hitler went for the Oil Fields the Nazis were in retreat

    Everything was Hitlers Fault
