Why is there so much systemic discrimination against white people ?

To make black people feel better about themselves.

Because the left loves BLM. 

Many self-described "virtuous" white people or spiritual foreigners in power have worked for decades to create this systemic anti-white discrimination.  White people are overwhelmingly to blame for letting it get this bad.  If whites conservatives continue preaching radical individualism at the expense of their equal treatment under the law, nothing will ever change.  Whites simply do not work systemically the same way others do, and that's why they're blamed and discriminated against most.
