That depends on how sever your side affects are. If you're not up to doing those things, you should stay at home and get some rest until you feel better.
Side affects can vary from person to person that takes the vaccine.
They usually go away in a few days, if they're not sever.
Yes a person can have more then one side affect.
If there's no side affects, that not necessary a bad thing. I've had the flu shot before and I didn't get any side affects, accept for a sore arm (that was manageable) for a day or two. My parents so far haven't had any side affects from the vaccine, and they're over 60.
If you think you're having other health issues you should see / call your doctor.

Depends on the severity of the side effects. If it’s just a headache or chills, you can probably do things that you normally would do.
If you get a fever or fatigue then it’s best to just stay home and rest.
Based on what happened to people at work, most of us got our side effects 1 day after the shots. Most of us had just a sore arm after the first shot. One guy got headaches and another guy got fever, fatigue.
I think I got covid right around the time I got my shot so I had a sore arm after the first shot. Then about 9 days later, I lost my smell and taste, got a fever that went up and down, and extreme fatigue. Couldn’t take a shower for more than 5 minutes before I had to lay down.
After the second shot, people that got the Pfizer got chills and extreme headaches. I got chills. People that got the Moderna got fever the next day.
Unless you’re old, it’s better to have some side effects like a sore arm than no side effects because it means that your body is responding to the “virus.”
