does joe Biden really live in the white house? what about kamala Harris? who else is in washington dc.? is it just  empty ,armed camp now?

Yes, Joe Biden, and First Lady Jill Biden, really lives in the White House.  The building combines office space, located in the West Wing, with a residence, located in the East Wing. 

The Vice President does not live in the White House.  The VP's official residence is Number One Observatory Circle, a residence on the grounds of the US Naval Observatory, a fair distance away from the White House.  However, the residence is currently undergoing renovations, so Vice President Kamala Harris, and her husband Doug Emhoff, are living in Blair House, a group of buildings across from the White House which is used as a guest residence for important Presidential visitors. 

Well,  actually, Biden lives UNDER the white house. The White House has grown, but they had to keep it looking like it always did.

The basement is now larger than the house but there is a lawn over it, so you can't see this.

Why do you need to know what is down there?

The bomb shelter is down there, and that is probably where his bedroom is.

Joe would find it easier to sleep there because nobody can get him there. The old master bedroom is still there, but that has become the guest room.  If somebody owes you a favor,  You and your girlfriend can borrow it.

This room has acquired a nick-name, " the Hotel No-Tell".

Biden , of course lives in the White House. 

Harris, as the VP, occupies the Naval Observatory office. however it's currently under renovations,  and therefore she is currently residing at Blair House.....which has been used in the past, when the White House itself underwent  massive renovations and was virtually gutted back in the 50's. 

The VP has never and will never live in the White House. There's a reason this office holder doesn't travel on the same planes as the President. Think about it. 

700,000 people live in DC.  So, no, it is not empty.  And it's armed because Trump ordered his 'followers' to violently take over Congress.

PRESIDENT Joe Biden is currently living in The White House - although he and Jill went to Camp David for the Easter weekend.   

Vice President Kamala Harris is currently living in The Blair House, while renovations are being completed on The Vice Presidential Mansion - both houses are very close to The White House.  

You should visit and see for yourself. Try not to do anything stupid like overthrowing the government while you're there, though.
