Blacklisted! How to get bank account ?

Those are separate issues.  If you are blacklisted, it's because of your own behavior - you likely breached your contract - is the usual reason.  Your bank closed your account - other banks won't take you - do you owe them money?  Start by repaying what you spend and failed to deposit.  That's called theft or fraud.  Do you really think any bank wants you as a customer after that?  Repay your debt.  Then, in time, a bank will give you a chance again.  Not for a while though.  You were scammed.  Well, whose fault is that?  Bad decision?  Too good to be true?  Greed?  Or was it that good of a scam?  Sorry to hear it but, many of us have been ripped off by unscrupulous people.  It doesn't give you the right to scam others.

And you never went down to the bank and talked to the manager about it?
