How is a gun unlike a parachute? Your three year old can't accidentally kill you or himself with a parachute, your teenager can't take your parachute to school and kill a dozen other teenagers, and there's zero danger rather than a 30% danger that your parachute is going to get taken away from you when you try to use it on someone else and that someone else is going to kill you with it instead. These are just a few of the ways that a gun is very unlike a parachute.

That's why I always pack a parachute.
