Black Screen?
I restarted my computer, and it started to update. It told me not to turn off the PC (as it usually would), but as I got up to do something else while I wait, my cat walked over the computer, and pressed the power button. Now the computer turns on but the screen does not. I have a Lenovo and it’s about 1 year old. Should I just take it to geek squad or something?
I’ve checked the wires, nothing is chewed or unplugged. I’ve left it on for about a day, and I haven’t noticed any progress, let alone the screen still won’t work.

Make sure the cat didnt actually hit the wires and now something is unplugged. Otherwise try rebooting but let it sit a while as maybe the update will pickup and continue and is still occurring.
