Can someone exolain the following to me?

I'm your age and decided I wanted the exact same thing, so I did a LOT of research. Wrinkles are caused by the natural loss of elasticity in the skin over time, gravity and sun damage.

Well, two things we can't do anything about, but sun damage we can prevent.

Number #1: Don't tan - either at a studio or outside. Accept your skin tone or play it up with bronzer or tanning lotions.

Number #2: Wear sunscreen every day you step outside.

Number #3: Wear sunglasses. You shouldn't really wear sunscreen around the eyes - we all know that sting! So sunglasses help prevent eye skin sun damage. Makeup around the eyes is an added bonus screen of protection, but not enough.

Here are the best sunscreens out there. They have enough

Anti-aging products make a lot of claims, but once you have wrinkles you can't get rid of them without lasers or plastic surgery. Keeping your skin moisturized will generally make your skin look better, as will exfoliating. Chemical exfoliation is awesome for skin. Dematology studies show that it can reduce skin discolouring, improve cell turnover, increase collagen (what keeps pores tighter), and so on. Other than that, don't buy into the marketing of anti-aging products. The makeup and skin care industry is not regulated. Companies can say anything they want (outright lies) and get away with it.

You want to use a BHA or AHA product after cleansing. If you have never chemically exfoliated, you may break out a bit when you first start using it. That's because the acid is cleaning the gunk out of your pores. It'll pass. If you choose a BHA and your skin is dry after a few weeks and not getting better, switch to an AHA product.
