Will I go to hell for not asking Jesus into my heart?

Yes, absolutely; and asking Him into your heart is only the beginning, because God has told us that in times past, he winked at ignorance now God commands all men everywhere to REPENT, (Acts 17:30) so repent and be baptized for the remission of your sins and you shall receive the give of the Holy Spirit (Acts 2:38)

 Jesus had to be made perfect, and He became the author of salvation (only) to those who obey Him (Hebrews 5:9) so obviously, if you refuse to obey Him Hell is your destiny.

Jesus has commanded us to be baptized in the Name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19)

If you ask Him in He will come in to your heart as Revelation 1:5 says, but we also need to be IN HIM, because after we become Christians, in Him we live and move and have our being. (Acts 17:28) and being baptised INTO HIM, is how we get into Him.  For Jesus is the WAY to the Father and no man comes unto the Father except THROUGH HIM. (John 14:6)

For some reason on Yahoo Answers, people seem to think it's a joke.  It's not. 

 We are all born spiritually dead in trespasses and sins and only Christ can make us alive (Ephesians 2: 1 & 5) because Jesus is the only one who died to take our punishment, Jesus is the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world so He is the only Saviour and the only way anyone can get to the Father.

There is no other Saviour.  For there is no other name under heaven, given amongst men whereby we must be saved. (Acts 4:12)

It is appointed all men to die once and then the judgment.

You're going to die and go to sheol that's the common grave of mankind that's where we get our word hell.

And asking Jesus into your heart isn't found in any Bible!

Jesus said if you love me you will obey what I told you to do.  Jesus said I came to Earth to make known the name of my father and I will make it known.

Jesus has given you a job to do to promote his father and his rulership his father's name is Jehovah he's coming to set up a kingdom to help fix the mess that we've made.

If you expect to stay alive then you have to get with the program.

If you're not interested in staying alive just grow old and die that'll be the end of you

Hell is mythical, and if Jesus existed he is long dead.
