serious problem at my work?

i am at my wits end. this ******* ****** at my job treets me like a lollypop. no profressor should ever have to go through this. when i arrive to work in the morning, i clock in. as soon as i clock in, every day, this ******* ****** tried to unwrap my head and suck it like a lollypop. is this considered friendly or do i have a real issue here? not only does this happen when i clock, but several times throughout my classes. im afraid for the safety of myself and the children i teach. i think that this ****** ****** will one day come to work with a gun and i dont think any lollypop is gonna fix that. do i submit to him? or do i come to work with the gun first? thank you
