Does this guy like me...or is he just being friendly?

We started saying hi to each other as we both use the same park for working out.  I noticed he would always come over to talk to me and say a few words. He's a very friendly guy and I feel a kind of attraction to him. I often saw him talking to several guys in a little group but never any women. Then, last week, another guy was working out close to me and he struck up a conversation. I noticed the guy I'm attracted to looking over (out of his side eye) then looking quickly back when I noticed.  Then, that same day, I saw him having a short chat with a woman. Yesterday, I came to the park and he was talking to two girls who were there together. I said hi and he didn't seem to notice but a few minutes later, when the girls were gone, he came over to me and started talking again so we had a bit of a catch up on sport, weather and general stuff we talk about. Does it seem like he's just being friendly or?
