What kind of statistical analysis could I do for my research question?

This research isn't happening, I'm just creating a proposal. My question is asking whether a neonicotinoid insecticide affects honey bee foraging.

For the experiment, I'll be putting 100 (50 treated and 50 control) bumblebees, one at a  time, into a testing arena where they'll have to manipulate a fake flower to get a sucrose reward. I'm timing them, max up to 5 mins, and I'll see if the treated ones are slower to manipulate the reward than the control groups.

I'm not sure what type of analysis I could do on this data.

Sorry to confuse the previous answer by writing two separate genus and species! If it matters to you, I'm doing honey bees.

The first thing to do is to learn the difference between honeybees and bumblebees.
