A fair election is one where people who are qualified to vote can vote. Not dead people, Not non-citizens. Not people who have already voted once.

Republicans want to make voting more difficult in urban areas which typically vote Democrat, and easier in rural areas which typically vote Republican. One of the provisions in Georgia's recent voter law is expanding voting access in rural counties while restricting it in urban counties.
