Why cant yahoo just ignore answers and leave it unattended with no rules or moderators? ?

    Sadly  it doesnt work that way ,  Yahoo would still be obligated   to ensure rules  were still somewhat  enforced or they could be held accountable  for any liable   posts   such as defamation   or porn   / explicit  material..
