Charge a dead person with a crime. You can accuse them of doing so. This particularly happens when a person is killed in the commission of crime. But you cannot charge them, let alone try them, with having committed a crime since they are dead

First of all Chauvin killed him, there are no charges ever filed against a deceased victim. Even if he were alive there is no evidence he knew bill was fake so no intent. It was given to him. Finally, trial is about the killer Chauvin, not about Floyd. Wake up and start thinking straight for once.
