Would you feel executing a serial rapist who's 16-year-old by electrocution for seven accounts of rape disturbing?

Not at all, rabid animals need to be put down so age is not relevant because anyone at any age can be very violent and multiple counts of violence constitutes a lack of governing properly of those who cannot or will not govern themselves within the boundaries of the intended Constitutional Social Order...

I agree with most of the civilized world that execution, threat of execution, constitutes torture. Execution doesn't deter crime. It exacts vengeance. People of quality resist those vengeful impulses in favor of doing what is most reasonable. 

I would suggest hanging them, it is cheaper.

I think electrocution is being too nice in a case like this.
