    Well it depends there are "Intellectual Property Laws" which should be respected but in a lot of cases isn't...

    and there is nothing like having someone steal what belongs to you then destroying your electronic life and foot prints even in the government computer systems and claiming it ALL as their own...

    AND YES it has been on going for sometime now...
