Billionaires need to be controlled instead of used to change the world into what they determine it should be while ignoring literally billions of human beings in the world.  On the other hand, they really do create many jobs or they wouldn't be billionaires.

I want to make it easier for people to become millionaires but harder for them to become billionaires. Not sure what that makes me.
